How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed via the iPhone or iPad app, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. If you subscribed on the web, manage the subscription from your SiteSpin account settings.
How do I delete my account?
In SiteSpin, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. You can also email us to delete it within 7 days.
How do I add a custom domain?
Open the site in SiteSpin, go to Domain, then Add Custom Domain. Follow the instructions to connect your domain.
Can I get a refund?
Every paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support for refunds if you subscribed on the web.
Is my published site really live?
Yes, published sites are hosted and stay online around the clock.
Can I move my site somewhere else?
Not yet, but a site export feature is on our roadmap.
